Hey Simeon, when I first walked into a gym some 26 yrs ago, I didn’t know what to do. Looked at couple of guys working out briefly and jumped on a bench no one was using and just started bench pressing with out checking the plates..😬😬😖😖🤦🏾‍♂️. On my first lift I could not get the weights up, no spotter, and I struggled shamefully. Two guys came to my rescue and helped take the weights off 😅😅😅😂😂. It was embarrassing to me but was internally glad for their help. Needless to say, few seconds later, I ran out the gym due to embarrassment 😂😂😂. I say all that to say, you did the right thing and yes he was embarrassed but I’m sure he was grateful. I do the same now when I spot someone in the gym doing something wrong, but not all the time cause as you said, ego can cause someone take it the wrong way.

Same shit different day and another person who thinks because certain workouts he does he has success with everybody else will. The best tip i ever had was to listen to nobody and figure out what works for your own body the best way, every single body is genetically different and responds differently, watching vids like this seeing his success until you try for months beleiving but yet dont have success, best thing to do is if trying these vids optimisticly and i mean that with no disresepect i wasted so much time in my life thinking what works for others will work for me why wouldnt it.

I get it that you're trying to sell your product but the "Just Lift Arm Blaster" is not necessary could create an injury. It applies too much pressure on the neck. Just place yourself against a wall, it does the same effect.

I swear how deep you can squat is to do with ur body structure, and how some people find it easier to go deeper due to their acc spine. Wasn't it in one of those Jeff Nippard videos. Cuz I've always done parallel squats, and find it hard to go deeper even when i stretch out my hip muscles.

Sim, I literally JUST gave a guy in the gym a tip about having the proper form using the cable pull downs and he tried to start arguing with me that I was incorrect. I disengaged and let him have his moment... I told him to go on YouTube and search for your channel in particular... One extra tip to my fellow beginners when doing the bench press let the barbel touch your lower chest when you bring it down this helps engage the pecs more unlike when the barbel is touching your upper chest i've seen a lot of newbies like myself do that but when i tried out i couldn't arch my back the movement didn't feel natural and i felt more of my shoulders than my pecs which was quite uncomfortable
